Don Byrd is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy and the College of William and Mary. He’s been a golf coach and instructor since 1985, over 40 years of experience in instruction.

In addition to caddying for Ben Hogan, Jack Nicklaus, and Ben Crenshaw, Don has caddied locally for Gene Littler, Tommy Jacobs, John Jacobs, John Schroeder, Tag Merritt, Mike Malaska, and many other top professional golfers and highly regarded golf instructors. During his career, over twenty of his junior golfers have gone on in their golf careers to earn golf scholarships to numerous colleges and universities.
